Arizona Summer

Summer start times often shift earlier. Heat is real. Dogs agree.

Arizona is big. Dogs are worth the drive. Hours may adjust for travel, holidays, or vacations—and I’ll always communicate that ahead of time.
During the summer, I only work Wednesdays and Thursdays, Friday mornings, and Saturday mornings. If I do go on vacation, I will let you know. Sometimes that does happen in the summer.
Session Lengths

Session Lengths

  • First-time Super Immersion Sessions often run 90 minutes to 2.5 hours.
  • Follow-up program sessions are generally an hour unless you need more time.
  • Behavior Reset Programs can be invested in and extra sessions as well.
Due to some overwhelming success I'm usually booked 5-7 days in advance but clients do reschedule, or have personal changes in their schedules, So I can accommodate sooner if needed or it's an emergency.
Before We Meet

Super Session Prep 101

Skip the groomer, vet, and dog parks, and moring or afternoon walk

The day before and the day of training. We want to meet your dog as they actually are, not freshly reset, overstimulated, or emotionally wiped.

No intense hikes or 3-mile sprints either

Same reason. We’re not here to meet your dog’s post-CrossFit/Hyrox personality.

Very Light snack, not a full meal

Think training snack, not Thanksgiving dinner. Hungry = motivated = “I’m ready to learn from Ingo now... vibe.YES!"

If your dog free-feeds, please remove access to food a few hours before the session. Slight hunger = better focus. Science and experience agree.

Safety First

Safety First — If Aggression or Reactivity Is Involved

If your dog has shown aggressive, fearful, or reactive behavior, or has bitten a dog or human, please make sure they are:

  • Leashed and muzzled
  • OR safely kenneled when I arrive
We’ll guide you from there. No muzzle? No problem. Muzzle training is provided at no extra cost — just let me know ahead of time so I can point you to the training resources under resources on our website.
Payment & Deposit

Payment & Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to lock your appointment into my schedule. No deposit = no appointment. (No trainer magically appearing at your amazing home.)

The deposit holds your time and keeps my schedule fair for everyone.

How payments work
  • Square is a software I use and is my scheduling system and is used only for credit card payments
  • You do not have to pay the deposit with a credit card
  • You do not have to pay the full program with a credit card but you can if you choose to.
Credit cards include a 3.5% processing fee, so most clients choose the easier alternatives below.
Preferred ways to send the deposit
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
  • Cash can be used for final payment but not for a deposit

If you’d like to use Venmo, I’ll send you my Venmo QR code directly — just ask.

Venmo / Zelle Number: 760-458-1843

Name: Ingo G. Logé (L-O-G-É)

Final payment and checks

Final payment of any super session or entire program can be done via venmo or zelle! Just to make that clear.

If you do prefer to pay by credit card, no problem — just let me know ahead of time so I can invoice correctly or adjust the current invoice that I sent.

No checks — they’ve bounced and broken our hearts too many times. If you're over 50 and have a local bank I will consider it 🙂

Once the $50 deposit is received, your appointment is officially locked in. Payment is due before the program starts. But I usually collect that in the house with a signed agreement which I do present to you before our training program begins or super session program begins.

Rescheduling

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

Life happens — I get it. Just give 24 hours’ notice and we’ll happily reschedule without penalty.

If there is not 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be kept.
Want me to wear a mask? No problem. Just ask — I’m flexible.
